this recipe is really simple: equal parts dates, dried fruit, and almonds
i tried it with pecans, also. very nice.
i did some dried cherry apricot, and some raisin ones
i also added allspice to one
in total i made 4 kinds. i should have labeled them because i can't remember exactly what went in them
i might top them with some citrus zest, or maybe some grape nuts.
