This is an interview with a famous Swedish man known mostly as Carl Jan.
He is a chef and also ran a famous restaurant out of an inn in the middle of nowhere.
He also has made appearances on television, in those 'dance with me' shows, among others.
I learned that Swedes can be quite patriotic, and that complimenting their country is a good way to get them to open up.
