Well I guess the speaker tried to bribe someone and that someone got it all on tape.
I dunno, the article also convinced me that this speaker was pretty good at doing what he does. But he is an asshole and may have broken the law.
The speaker might be proven innocent if he can testify against himself.
Seems more like normal politics than scandal to me.
